Campus Operations and Safety |
Operations (or Facilities) handles a wide array of tasks. In short, we keep the campus running. We attend to leaks, repairs of all kinds, heating/ac issues, set-up and break-down of events and meetings, traffic, mail distribution, and more furniture relocation*. Work OrdersIf you need any work done in your classroom, office, or building, please contact the corresponding admin in your building to complete a Work Order. The Operations team reviews all requests and will address the issue at our earliest convenience. It is essential to submit your work orders as soon as possible. We operate on a schedule and often have unexpected emergencies that will take precedence over work orders when necessary. Please understand that depending on the workload, your request(s) may not be resolved immediately. EventsEvents are submitted to your corresponding admin as well. It is important that your event requests have as much detailed information as possible to prevent confusion at the time of your event. Here is a template to use in ensuring you have all the necessary details that we need. CustodialOur custodial vendor "Direct Clean" consists of two day porters to tend to spills and events, and a “night crew” that cleans the entire school each night. This includes vacuuming/mopping, table/desk wipe-downs and surface area cleaning, trash/recycle pick up, and event/meeting clean up. Corresponding Admins in Each Building
