    Ringing of the Bells Ceremony Marks the Start of the School Year

    King kicked off the new academic year with its beloved Ringing of the Bells Ceremony, a tradition celebrating community, courage, and commitment. Centered on the theme “Vikings Show Up,” students, faculty, and staff reflected on the meaning of showing up for oneself, for others, and for the school community. Through speeches, performances, and the ringing of bells across campus, the ceremony set an uplifting tone for a year of growth, connection, and shared purpose.

    Middle School Players Sing Their Way Through Hilarious Whodunit

    In a spirited and ambitious performance, middle school students brought the musical mystery “Curtains: Young@Part" to life with humor, heart, and teamwork. The production challenged the cast with its fast-paced plot, complex characters, and ensemble-driven energy, giving students a meaningful opportunity to grow as performers. With guidance from faculty and a supportive rehearsal process, students gained confidence as they took on the show’s emotional depth and theatrical challenges.
