As you may already know, the flags that hang in some of our buildings represent the birthplace or heritage of our community members in each of our divisions. We launched the flag project in 2019, and it currently showcases nearly 80 countries.

In order to ensure that our flag installations represent our current community members, we are sharing a new community-wide survey. We kindly ask that you please complete the survey, even if your flag is currently on display.

Please complete one survey once for each child.

Upper School Fall Head Coaches

SUMMER TRAINING AND INTRO TO STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE SESSIONS

Summer training and weight lifting programs will begin on June 10 and run through August 14 for all of our upper school students. Our strength coach team from Evolution PT & Fitness is excited to offer training opportunities for our student-athletes all summer long. This is a great chance for athletes to bond with their teammates and to further develop their mobility, strength, power, and speed in a safe and responsible manner appropriate for each student's developmental stage.

For our incoming grade 9 students, and students new to the Upper School, you are asked to take part in a minimum of two of our Intro to Strength & Performance sessions prior to joining team activities. These sessions are designed to help our younger and newer athletes get more comfortable with weight room etiquette and procedures, and to teach form, technique, and program design basics.

Intro sessions will be offered from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on the following dates:

  • June 10, 11, 12
  • June 17, 18
  • August 12, 13
