Re-Enrollment Information
King utilizes an online re-enrollment process through MyKing to streamline service to our families.
Required Signatures
Families in one household will only be required to have one parent sign the contract. While all “responsible party” references still apply, your contract will be considered complete with only one parent or guardian’s initials and signature (along with submission of the non-refundable enrollment deposit payment). Should you wish to include both/all parents’ signatures in the contract, please email Director of Admission and Financial Access Nina Newman at nnewman@kingschoolct.org, and you will receive a contract requiring both signatures.
In the case of families with more than one household, all parent or guardian signatures will be required. Each signer should review, initial, and sign the contract before paying the deposit. Once the deposit has been paid and the contract submitted, it is locked and considered complete. Please note that the first Responsible Signer to review and submit will make all of the decisions in the face of various choices, including selecting a payment plan, and choosing how you want to pay. The second Responsible Signer cannot make changes to these selections but, nonetheless, may go through the entire contract and agree by initialing and submitting.
Non-Refundable Deposit
In addition to signing the re-enrollment contract, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child(ren)’s place at King.
Obligation for Full Tuition
Re-enrollment contracts become binding on May 1, 2025. Before this date, you may cancel your contract and lose only the enrollment deposit. After May 1, 2025, you will be responsible for the full 2025-2026 tuition. Please note that Tuition Refund Insurance requires a 10-day consecutive attendance in the fall in order to qualify for reimbursement. Families who withdraw over the summer for non-medical reasons are not eligible for reimbursement.
For families who were new for the 2025-26 school year, we highly recommend that you read through the re-enrollment instructions below before starting the process.
