King of Spring is a tradition that combines different elements of King’s co-curricular activities – Athletics, King Cares, and Performing Arts – all in one weekend!
Students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and family members enjoy athletic games, join our local partners to participate in meaningful service projects as a community, and listen to live music from our students and community members.

Cheer on the Vikings for a day of spring athletic games! Food trucks will be available.
- 9:00 a.m. JV Baseball vs. Greenwich Country Day School | Feinberg Field
- 11:00 a.m. Girls Lacrosse vs. The Masters School | Segalas Family Field
- 12:00 p.m. Baseball vs. Fieldston School | Feinberg Field
- 1:00 p.m. Boys Lacrosse vs. Kingswood-Oxford | Segalas Family Field
- 2:00 p.m. Varsity Softball vs. Harvey School | Armstrong and King Family Fields

SeaSide Sliders Truck
SeaSide Sliders will be set up near the Lower School courtyard and will serve King Slider Special meals. All King students, faculty, and staff members can pick up a food ticket by the truck for one free meal. For all others in attendance, food tickets for the King Special meal will be $10.00 each.
1:00-2:00 p.m.
A La Mode Ice Cream Truck
As a special treat, A La Mode will also be on campus near the Lower School courtyard, serving classic ice cream truck items to all! Viking Pride is sponsoring this treat, making it free for anyone who joins us for King of Spring!
King Cares Family Service Day and Music Fest
Sunday, April 28
This annual event will highlight King School's commitment to service and celebrate several of our community partnerships. Join us for a day of music, community service, and fun! Students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and family members will join our local partners to participate in meaningful service projects as a community. The day will also include a pizza truck, fun activities and events and a live music festival!

- 9:45 a.m - Check-In Begins | Lower School Gymnasium
- Volunteers can sign cards for patients at Stamford Hospital
- 9:45-11:30 a.m. - Car Wash | Lower School Parking Lot
- 10:30 -11:45 a.m. - Service Projects with King Cares Partners | King Campus
- 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. - Pet Adoption Event hosted by the KSPA Club | Upper School Circle Driveway
- 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. - King Pride Activities: Face painting, temporary tattoos, balloon animals, cookie decorating, and cornhole games | Performing Arts Center Courtyard
- 11:45 a.m-1:30 p.m. - King Music Festival in support of Project Music | Performing Arts Center Courtyard
Online registration is now closed, however families may register in person on Sunday.
Can’t volunteer?
Get your car washed for only $10! All proceeds will support the Children’s Learning Centers in providing backpacks and school supplies for PreK students who will begin Kindergarten next school year.
