2021-22: COVID-19 Protocols and Information
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented schools with unprecedented realities. At King School, the Board of Trustees and the school leadership have partnered to design and implement a plan that helps King School navigate the current challenges with the health and safety of our community as the overarching priority. Also, front and center of every decision is the goal to provide King students with the most robust academic experience possible.
Our COVID-19 policies and protocols rely on current scientific evidence and are thoughtfully designed in consultation with health experts, following the requirements from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the state of Connecticut (DPH), the Connecticut State Department of Education, and the city of Stamford.
We continue to monitor the rapidly evolving conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially as they relate to new and more transmissible variants. We are prepared to adjust our current policies should federal, state, and local guidance require that we do so. We remain dedicated to making decisions that align with King's mission, virtues, and strategic plan.
