The Alumni Engagement and Events Associate is a full-time role that assists the Director of Engagement and Events in advancing overall alumni relations and fundraising. This position provides support for alumni events as well as broader institutional events.

King seeks a Development Associate who will provide administrative support to the Development Office and participate in all fundraising activities. Duties will include supporting both advancement services and the annual fund, as well as overall administrative support for the Director of Development. Primary daily tasks include gift processing, gift acknowledgements, and pledge reminders; database maintenance; budget and invoice tracking; direct mail appeals; annual fund email appeals; and calendar management.
The Director of Development and Alumni Programs (DOD) is the School's chief development officer. The DOD is responsible for the leadership, management and overseeing all activities and events related to fundraising. Central to this effort is the development of strong relationships with all constituent groups: administrators, alumni, donors, faculty and staff, parents, and trustees. The Director of Development and Alumni Programs, and the development staff, promote the School’s philanthropic initiatives effectively to all school constituencies. The DOD reports directly to the Head, is member of the school’s Leadership Team, and works closely with the Associate Head of School for Advancement and the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications to ensure strategic alignment between the offices of Admission, Development, and Marketing and Communications. The DOD works closely with the Development Committee of the Board, the Trusteeship Committee of the Board, and the Parents’ Association. The ability to serve in this high-visibility position is ideal for a front-line fundraiser who excels both as a fundraiser and a manager of staff (a player/coach) who also enjoys working closely with faculty, staff, alumni, parents, volunteers and trustees.

The IT Support Technician provides tier 1 and tier 2 support to students and employees who use any of the computing or networking services provided by King school The IT Support Technician troubleshoots to support end-users in various areas. This level of varying responsibilities requires the IT Support Technician to be versatile, adaptable, and efficient in their effort to complete help desk requests. The day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Support Technician can vary greatly depending on the needs of the organization.
The Director of the King Fund will provide strategic leadership for creating, executing, and evaluating a year-round annual giving program which is expected to achieve yearly growth as a key initiative of King School's upcoming comprehensive campaign. The Director will also establish and manage both short- and long-term relationships with prospects determined to have the ability to make outright gifts or pledges of $5,000 or more to King School. Inspire and work collaboratively with all community and team members to champion a robust annual giving program.
This position will play a large role in King's commitment to becoming a premier research institution. The Library/Learning Commons Specialist provides teachers and students with a media center environment containing a wide variety and range of materials that will challenge intellectual growth, and aid all students in acquiring the skills needed to take full advantage of media center resources. The Library/Learning Commons Specialist will collaborate with Middle and Upper School leadership to provide day to day supervision of the Learning Commons and divisional alignment. The position serves under the direction of the Director of Technology Integration and Innovation, who will provide school-wide coordination, department management, and yearly thematic program alignment in support of this position's effectiveness.
