Reporting to the Head of School, the Chief Financial and Operating Officer will manage and oversee the business, financial, investment, facilities, human resources, and operational functions of the School.  The CFOO will partner closely with the Head of School, the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Team to set strategic goals and advance the School’s mission. Astute business and softskills are essential for the role. Equally important is the ability to communicate effectively and engage productively with a collaborative and diverse school community. King has an operating budget of $29 million and a $28 million endowment, and the CFOO will partner closely with the Head of School and the Finance, Investment, and Buildings & Grounds committees of the Board with regard to budgets and long-term financial planning.

The Director of Individual Giving will provide strategic leadership for creating, executing, and evaluating a year-round annual giving program which is expected to achieve yearly growth as a key initiative of King School's upcoming comprehensive campaign. The Director will also establish and manage both short- and long-term relationships with major donors and prospects determined to have the ability to make outright gifts or pledges of $5,000 or more to King School. In addition to personal solicitations, the Director will supervise and partner with the Development Manager of Annual Giving to set and implement annual giving strategies and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Annual Giving Office.

King School is looking to fill role of multi-season coach for the 2020-21 school year. This position will have an opportunity to coach in our Middle (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) athletic programs and to take on leadership responsibilities for as many as six different teams throughout the year. Highly motivated candidates possessing strong leadership and communication skills, along with a background in coaching and/or teaching, are encouraged to apply.
