Bio: Lynn grew up in the Midwest in Elkhart, Indiana. She attended Indiana University and majored in accounting. Upon graduation in 1984, she joined Arthur Andersen's tax department in Dallas, Texas. After three years at Andersen, she departed for the Wharton School in Philadelphia to get her MBA in finance, graduating in 1989.  After graduation, she joined Brown-Forman in Louisville, Kentucky in their corporate mergers and acquisitions group where she worked on numerous M&A transactions. Eventually, Lynn moved into CFO roles for major divisions of the firm, including Lenox Merchandising and Dansk.  She retired after 8 years with Brown-Forman and worked as a volunteer for Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City in admissions and pediatrics. Lynn and Tom moved to London in 2000 and started a family.   In London, she was actively involved in her children’s education at Southbank International School, having served as a class representative and on various committees for eight years and was the co-president of the PTA for two years.  She also taught religious education at their church for 3 years.
