Bio: Adam De Chiara is a Founder and Co-President of CoreCommodity Management, an independent asset management firm headquartered in Stamford, CT. Adam began his professional career as an associate in the litigation department of Sullivan & Cromwell in NY.  In 1991, he joined Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for trading the Goldman Sachs Commodity Index (“GSCI”). In 1994, he founded the commodity index group at AIG, where he designed and launched the Dow Jones - AIG Commodity Index (now the Bloomberg Commodity Index “BCOM”). In 2003, Adam founded the commodities group at Jefferies where he also served on the firm’s Executive Committee.  Adam received a B.A. with high honors from Harvard University and a J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School.
