Tuition Refund Insurance Information and Waiver
The Tuition Refund Plan is a means to insure your annual financial obligation under the terms of the enrollment contract. King School strongly encourages families to avail themselves of this protection. Below are highlights of the plan, but please also read the brochure for more details.
- Covers three types of withdrawals: medical, non-medical, dismissal
- Cost is 0.9% of tuition
- Enrollment required by August 1 or at time of admission
- Payment must be received within 10 days of enrollment
- Coverage is for the school year from September to June, and includes weekends and school vacations
- Reimbursement amount is determined by both the date and type of withdrawal
If you would like to opt-out of this service, please be aware that King School will not refund tuition for any student who is separated from school after May 31. You will be responsible for the entire tuition regardless of your child’s attendance.
Per our agreement with Dewars, we cannot allow any withdrawals from the program after August 1. Therefore, if you DO NOT wish to have your child/children participate in this program, you must complete the form below by August 1.

Student Accident Insurance Information
STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The Student Accident Insurance plan is available to all students regardless of the fact that they may be covered under their parent’s medical plan. It can serve as primary or supplementary coverage such as deductibles under their parent’s regular medical insurance. Below are highlights of the plan, but please also read the brochure for more details.
- Coverage is for a 12 month period from August 1 through July 31
- Enrollment can be anytime during the school year upon payment of the $46 premium
- Coverage is all inclusive: anytime, anywhere
- No deductible
- Maximum benefit per incident is $1,000
- Claims are filed by parent directly with Dewar

Food Service Information and Waiver
FLIK by Chartwells will continue as our food service provider for 2022-23 school year. The annual cost for the hot lunch and mid-morning snack program will be $1,225, which will be billed on initial statement sent in June. PreK will be billed $200.00 for the morning snack only.
In order to maintain quality and effectively plan for staffing, we cannot allow any withdrawals from the program after September 30. Therefore, if you DO NOT wish to have your child/children participate in this program, you must complete the form below by September 30. If you want your child/children to have the mid-morning SNACK ONLY, please indicate that on the form. You must complete one form for each child that is enrolled at King School.
