Upper School Performs “Clue: On Stage”
After weeks of rehearsal, upper school students presented “Clue: On Stage” to audiences in three shows on November 18 and 19. The performances showcased the hard work and talent of the cast and crew.

“There is a famous Showbiz quote, ‘Dying is easy, comedy is hard.’ I shared this quote with the cast of Clue during our first rehearsal, and it held true,” wrote Performing Arts teacher and “Clue: On Stage” Director Mark Silence. “There was so much mayhem and murder in Clue, but by the time the performance weekend was finished, it was all celebrated with peals of laughter and applause, ours and the audience's.”

The process of producing the play called for a commitment, Silence described the experience as both fun and challenging.

“Getting the timing, pace, and ‘payoffs’ exactly right took perseverance, focus, and passionate pursuit to get the show to where we all wanted it to be,” he said. “I am so proud of the crew and cast for creating such a strong and fun piece of theater.”

Photos from the performance are available here.
