Creativity, confidence, and excitement filled the stage in the Performing Arts Center theater as students showcased their talents during the inaugural Lower School Talent Show. The event, spearheaded by Lower School Student Council President Becca Sharon ’33, was designed to celebrate students’ unique abilities in a supportive environment. With no winners or losers, the focus was on self-expression, courage, and community.

“I wanted to give students an opportunity to shine and express their talents,” said Becca. “Expressing yourself is very important, from giving yourself confidence to making you feel good about yourself.”

Over the hour-long showcase, lower school students delighted classmates, teachers, and families with a wide variety of performances. Instrumental pieces, vocal performances, dance routines, comedy acts, and even a golf-ball juggling demonstration reflected the diverse interests and talents that make the lower school community so vibrant.

From seasoned performers to first-time acts, each student received enthusiastic applause and encouragement, making the experience both exciting and memorable. The success of the inaugural event highlighted the importance of providing opportunities for students to share their passions and connect with one another, leaving everyone eager for next year’s show.
