Four King student-athletes have received national recognition in volleyball and field hockey. Mavi Triantafyllos ’27 and Caroline Curry ’27 were named to the 2026 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America Watchlist, while Deena Amanatides ’30 was named to the AVCA Phenom Watch List.

In field hockey, Penny Prince ’29 was invited to a U16 National Team selection camp for a chance to earn a place on the team. Penny was one of just 60 athletes invited and the only representative from Connecticut.

Congratulations to Mavi, Caroline, Deena, and Penny on these exciting recognitions! We are proud of their hard work and dedication and look forward to cheering them on this season.
