The Vikings delivered an unforgettable season on multiple fronts, with thrilling championship victories and remarkable comebacks. Boys Basketball claimed FAA Regular Season and Tournament titles, finishing with an impressive 19-6 record and making history in the NEPSAC Class B Tournament. The Girls Basketball team showed incredible resilience, overcoming early setbacks to win the HVAL Championship and advance to the NEPSAC Class C Tournament. Meanwhile, Varsity Ice Hockey, FAA Regular Season champions, fought valiantly in the finals. It was a season full of heart, determination, and unforgettable moments for the Vikings!
King's winter sports teams delivered a trio of dominant performances in league semifinals! Both the Girls and Boys Basketball teams showcased their skill on Wednesday, with Girls Basketball cruising to a dominant victory over Christian Heritage and Boys Basketball holding off St. Luke's in a thrilling back-and-forth battle. To top it off, earlier in the week in the quarterfinal round, AJ Trimboli ’26 marked a milestone scoring his 1,000th point! On Thursday, Varsity Ice Hockey powered past Hamden Hall 6-3 to advance to the championship game.
