Career Day 2023
Career Day is Monday, March 27!
From recent college graduates to our more established alumni professionals, Career Day will be an opportunity for our current King Upper School students to hear alumni stories, ask questions, and learn what it takes to pursue a career in fields of interest.
Career Day will kick-off with an opening keynote address presented by Annie Suffredini KLHT ’03, Director for Career and Professional Development at Sacred Heart University. Annie will help guide our students towards essential tools and resources to discover their passions and learn to navigate a path best suited for them.
This programming is mandatory for all seniors. Students will attend three 20 minute break-out sessions following the keynote address. Our alumni are incredibly excited to work with our students, and we are thrilled to demonstrate the strength of the Vikings alumni network through this program.

Annie Suffredini '03 currently serves as the Director for Career and Professional Development at Sacred Heart University for the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology. Annie is a proud graduate of KLHT’s class of 2003 where, during her time here, she was a three-season athlete. She graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. As an undergraduate, she performed internships in psychology research, undergraduate admissions, and human resources. Upon graduation, she started working as a recruiting coordinator at FactSet Research Systems, a financial services and software company in Norwalk, CT where she eventually grew her career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. While at FactSet, Annie was responsible for recruiting college graduates from universities and colleges from across the country into various business and technology roles within the organization. After eleven years of overseeing campus recruitment, she wanted to bring the knowledge of university talent acquisition to higher education. Annie works with students in the College of Business and Technology preparing students regarding their career and professional development such as resume building, career development plans, and professional networking, and oversees the employer relations strategy for the office. Annie also serves as an adjunct professor teaching courses in Career Readiness and Development as well as First Year Experiences courses.
